Returns
The client has the right to return back a product when one of the following conditions is on power:
a. Within 14 days starting from the day you have received your product and only after you have us let to know about it by calling to 2641301460/ 6942950856 or mailing to info@homematters.gr
b. The product must be with all necessary documents and receipt which consist the proof of your purchase about the exact date and price.
c. The product and the package should remain intact. Home matters will not accept the product back for any reason if it has been used, washed, or damaged because of bad use. If you want to return a product for no apparent reason (like damaged, wrong item, size etc)the shipping costs are added onto you.
d. The buyer has the right accordingly to the Greek law Ν. 2251/1994 to withdraw a purchase within 14 days regardless the reason after he has made this known by messaging to info@homematters.gr and writing to the available specific form to his request “declare of withdrawing the purchase”.
Home matters will refund the exact amount of money to the buyer under the condition that he has sent the product back. If this doesn’t happen within 14 days then Home matters will not accept the product back.
e. If you receive your product completely or partially damaged then it is mandatory that you let us know in details about it by calling us to 2641301460/6942950856 or email to info@homematters.gr within the time limit of 14 days starting from day one the day you have received your purchase. Our enterprise is obliged to replace it with a new one or another product of equal value in the case the replace with the same product is not possible. there is no money refund. If your request for replacement will be done within 14 days then in that case shipping costs are free. Please notice that after this specific time limit you pay for the shipping costs.
f. Customized products such as curtains, textiles, rags etc are not replaced at any case unless the false product or damage to the specific product will be proven that is our fault.
g. As soon as you complete your online purchase Home Matters will inform you by sending an email with all the relative details. If for any reason a problem occurs about your order we will contact you immediately. In the rare case that we can’t contact you then your purchase will be canceled within 7 days.
